At Daelim Parts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items are not the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the clothing is unworn and in its original condition.

  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange items within 5 business days.
